transfer to a memory stick

it in an emergency. You don't have to have any allergies or
illness to befit the information that you enter even if it
establishes your in perfect health, this card could enable
responders to get on with your treatment more quickly, however
it would be a necessity For those with chronic illness, elderly
international travelers, Second Home Owners, and Sports
Enthusiasts.
Since you are
filling in, the details on our database make
sure their are all correct, if your not sure about any item leave it
blank and update the information when you’ve checked it out.
The data base allows you to state you present
health condition
good or otherwise.

wish to and print your
card
Instructions
1. Create
your personal login, keep the name and password simple so
others can easily login
2. Now you can login to the database with the newly
created name and password
the first thing you will see is no data displayed, so click
edit record and simply add the data you wish to input
perhaps you don't wish to add your address that's fine but we
feel your name, sex, age, weight, should be added
to identify you physically, other items like ice mobile
numbers your doctors name and number may be useful,
items such as allergies or medication you maybe taking blood
type etc can be added if you feel there relevant
( remember click the save button when you finish entering all
your information )
3.To get your card, click on print your card link on
the website menu, you will notice a card in the center
of the screen. (screen
resolutions old computers 800 by 600 new
1280 by 1024 is
average however the greater the numbers the smaller the card)
Click the button above the card artwork you will just print the card artwork on
a single A4 sheet, it is possible to purchase a clear
plastic holder form your local stationary store or just print a new
one if required
4. Once printed fill in you login details so others can
access your data if necessary
